Notes: Perforated acoustical wood panel (approx. 4% open area, V-groove pattern) with no-added-urea-formaldehyde core in an engineered composite wood frame; FSC-certified wood available, Class A fire rated. NRC 'up to 1.00' consistently confirmed across the CertainTeed product page and modlar.com. A maximum panel size of ~4' x 10' with a recommendation of 'manageable sizes up to 20 sq ft per panel' surfaced repeatedly in search summaries referencing decoustics.com and a sweets.construction.com spec PDF, but decoustics.com resolved to a blocked address and the PDF could not be rendered. Coverage of 20 sq ft is a secondhand, provisional figure (a maximum, not a standard SKU). Marked verified:false pending the primary data sheet.
